We start by having a chat of up to 30 minutes on the phone and this will give you the time to tell me your reasons for wanting a massage. I will be able to ask you some questions and let you know whether I think I’m the right person to work with you.
If we both decide to go ahead we’ll talk about the best package for you. I find that packages of at least 3 treatments work best for you, as a one off massage, lovely as it is, really only starts the work. Over 3 treatments I can really reinforce the feeling of relaxation in your body.
Your first session will be up to an hour and 15 minutes and will be £75. Subsequent sessions are £60 and last for an hour.
If you can’t spare an hour you can always pop in for 30 minutes (£35)
Facial Rejuvenation Massage
This is a traditional massage that aims to relax the facial muscles, improve skin tone and enhance the natural metabolism of the skin, thus improving skin texture and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and helps to prevent the formation of new wrinkles.
The immediate effects include the skin looking brighter and fresher. The gentle but stimulating massage techniques induce a feeling of relaxation in the face, neck and head helping to reduce tension symptoms such as headaches and eye strain.
In the long term, with regular treatments, the skin becomes more toned and firm helping to induce a more youthful appearance. The skin becomes softer, reducing fine lines and giving a healthy glow. Because the skin functions better texture and tone become more even leading to less possibility of dry flaky patches and breakouts.
I use a specially prepared blend of aromatherapy oils by Absolute Aromas which is generally used in spas.
