Aromatherapy

The power of plants to soothe and heal us has been known for thousands, if not tens of thousands, of years. Aromatherapy uses essential oils derived from plants which can assist the body's own natural healing processes and improve wellbeing. Essential oils are now commonly used in many products from household to medical use.

A qualified aromatherapist can take oils from their reportoire and blend them to suit an individuals requirements and the blend can then be used on the skin during massage, in a bath, in a room spray or in an oil burner or diffuser.

There are some essential oils that do have contraindications for certain conditions, such as high blood pressure or pregnancy, so it is best to consult a qualified aromatherapist in the first instance. We do have a stock of pre-blended oils from Absolute Aromas and also the Ripple Energy Therapy range of blended aromatherapy products which are easy to use for general purposes.
